Ruknar JSC was founded in 1997 in Nizhny Novgorod (Russia) by leading specialists engaged in development and production of Rubidium Time & Frequency Standards (RFS) and measuring equipment on the base of RFS.

  • repairing of time and frequency measuring equipment and Rubidium Frequency Standards;
